Ryan is a great product designer and thought partner in designing the new provider and client flow for my mental health application. I shared my design document highlighting the current flows of the application, current features, and future features. Ryan was able to take that document and turn it into clickable prototype. Ryan attended meetings on time, delivered more screens than requested but were very necessary, and was an excellent sparring partner. He was a pleasure to work with. He takes the initiative to request feedback, showing that he is open to growth. Excellent at communication and very organized.
