Ryan is a great product designer and thought partner in designing the new provider and client flow for my mental health application. I shared my design document highlighting the current flows of the application, current features, and future features. Ryan was able to take that document and turn it into a clickable prototype. Ryan attended meetings on time, delivered more screens than requested when they were necessary, and was an excellent sparring partner. He was a pleasure to work with and consistently took the initiative to request feedback, showing that he is open to growth. Communication was excellent, and Ryan was highly organized throughout the project. I would recommend him to anyone searching for a product designer with experience in the healthcare industry.
